4.3 Vendor Fees & Commission

Subscription fees
Payment processing fees
Fees are outlined in the Vendor Agreement or Fee Schedule.
5. Orders & Payments
Orders placed on the Platform constitute an offer to purchase.
Vendors are responsible for order fulfillment.
Payments are processed through third-party providers.
We may hold funds temporarily to prevent fraud or disputes.
We are not responsible for failed payments due to third-party processor errors.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Vendors are responsible for shipping timelines and accuracy.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
7. Returns & Refunds
Each Vendor sets their own return and refund policy unless otherwise stated.
In the event of disputes:
Buyers should contact the Vendor first.
We may intervene at our discretion.
Final dispute decisions by the Platform are binding.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
Post false or misleading content
Sell counterfeit or illegal products
Violate intellectual property rights
Attempt to hack or disrupt the Platform
Use automated scraping tools
Engage in fraudulent transactions
Violation may result in account termination and legal action.
9. Intellectual Property
All Platform content including:
Logos
Design
Software
Text
Graphics
Are owned by [Company Legal Name] or licensed to us.
Users may not copy, distribute, or exploit content without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for Vendor products, quality, or safety.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us in the previous 12 months.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising out of:
