  4. How is shipping calculated for multiple vendors? Shipping is typically calculated per vendor based on their location and chosen courier.
  5. How do I track my order? You will receive tracking numbers for each vendor’s package via your account dashboard or email.
  6. What is the return policy? While the platform has a general policy, individual vendors may have specific terms regarding returns and exchanges.
  7. How do I contact a specific seller? Use the “Contact Seller” or “Ask a Question” button on the vendor’s storefront or product page.
  8. Are the products on this site authentic? Most platforms have a verification process, but customers should check vendor ratings and reviews for extra assurance. 

For Vendors

  1. How do I become a seller? Register via the “Vendor” page, submit your business documents, and wait for account approval.
  2. What are the selling fees? Most platforms charge a registration fee, a monthly subscription, and/or a percentage commission on each sale .
  3. How and when do I get paid? Payments are usually disbursed to your linked bank account after a “holding period” (to account for returns) once the order is marked as delivered.
  4. Who handles shipping and logistics? This depends on the model: either the vendor ships directly, or the platform collects and delivers the item.
  5. Can I customize my digital storefront? Yes, most multi-vendor sites allow you to upload a logo, banner, and store description.
